These extractants are particularly efficient in nickel-cobalt separation while maintaining strong extraction capabilities across a broad pH range for other metal ions.

Process Compatibility and Solvent Selection

The Seeyon®M3272/3301/3302 series is fully miscible with common aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon diluents, ensuring smooth phase separation and high process efficiency. This solvent compatibility is critical for continuous industrial operations, minimizing emulsion formation and phase cloudiness.

Thermal Stability and Hydrolysis Resistance

These extractants exhibit excellent thermal stability and resistance to hydrolysis, allowing them to withstand high-temperature hydrometallurgical conditions without degradation, ensuring stable metal recovery rates.
